Absolutely lousy! Do not use!! They did our quote over the phone, should have come to see our house first. It's an 1872 Italianate victorian. I can still smell the bleach from over a month ago. They claim their cleaning product is environmentally safe, but it's not! We paid $2,400 to a landscaper to clean up leaves and put mulch down and it has been destroyed by Pristines chemicals. It looks like fall around the border of our house. There are dead leaves everywhere and bleached leaves. Let's mention the bleach spots and streaks on our 150+ yr old home now, thanks to Pristine. They came out 3 times, and it still looked horrible. We said enough is enough. They were spraying water up and into the house causing more dirt to run down. Don't forget our windows looked better before they came over. The water and cleaner came into the house too, leaving chemical streaks inside the house. Some upper management emailed us saying he'll only knock $60 off our bill for our 4 ferns and he'll only communicate by email for now. That sounds like they've been sued before! Watch out, don't use!!
