They were prompt and polite. Good communication. However they scratched the paint on the black gutters almost across the entire house and it seems they didn’t get the topper aligned back on correctly. I am going to have to paint the scratches come spring and make sure the toppers are aligned correctly. I just had the house re-sided and am 100% sure those scratches were not present before the gutter cleaning. Not sure how well the photos will come across but they really stick out.
I had Gutter Cleaning of Iowa out last week to clean my gutters which I had been dreading to do! Their team came out and in 15 minutes were done! No fuss, no muss! Will definitely use them again!
I thought they did an excellent job and were extraordinarily professional. However, it took them 22 minutes total, so the price seemed egregiously high—about $375 an hour. I expected them to amend their estimate once they realized how little there was to do, which didn’t happen, so I’ll shop around next time and try to better understand how these things are billed. Again, great service, but it just seemed way too pricey.
