I just recently had a car accident and finally got my car in to get fixed. Upon receiving my car back, I noticed some residue of some chemical on my car. I called Jay up immediately and I didn't think this was salvageable. His superb service and attention to detail leaves you wishing you would have contacted him sooner. Thank you Jay for your amazing service and dedication. I really appreciated that.
First and foremost, Jay was very pleasant and I appreciated he was timely. I was super disappointed by the car wash service. He did mention that he usually only does the full car details - as "he doesn't make money" with the car washes and he did ours as a courtesy. It was $60 for a car wash and $250 for a full detail. He was here for 2 two hours for 3 cars. We paid $180 plus tip for 3 cars. He said the ground in food in the carpets would need the complete detail which is understandable. But even with a $60 car wash, I'd expect the cup holders, arm rests and wipeable mats to be wiped clean.
