RPW ProWash Reviews
I called numerous companies on August 15th about exterior cleaning of my home. Chris at RPW was the first to return my call. They came out the same day and did a wonderful job. We are extremely happy as our home looks like we have new siding and trim! Never again will I be on my roof with a brush trying to clean my trim. He earned a repeat customer.
Chris (the owner) was very friendly and responded immediately to emails and texts. I called him on Wednesday (May 31st) and he was out Friday afternoon (June 2nd) to do the work. I could not be more happy. The siding on the back of our house was actually green in places from the algae. Chris and Steve made the siding look like new again. I appreciated the following things about their visit: they were punctual, professional looking, cared about not damaging any of my property or plants, took a good amount of time to set up and make sure everything was proper before beginning, thoroughly explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions, worked efficiently and the work looked great! They also cleaned the front sidewalk, which now also looks new and fantastic.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
