Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communicative, responsive, patient, and thorough. Did a Lead Service Line Replacement and Upgrade and he allowed me to be as involved as I wanted to be as we navigated working with the various city departments to get that done. Was respectful of my property and when hauling away materials offered to set some aside for me, and did so very neatly stacked and organized in a way that was a great help to future projects while keeping things looking tidy. Already looking towards the next project we will be tackling to make use of his services again. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
He fixed the issue the same day I called and was incredibly flexible with my schedule. He explained everything clearly as he worked and even went above and beyond to fix a few small, extra things he noticed around the house. Super friendly and helpful, I will definitely use him again.
