Set up a softwash and concrete seal for the driveway on our newly purchased house. Marc was responsive via email, phone and text while we set up an estimate and eventually the washing and sealing. Would certainly do business with Right Way Power-Washing in the future!
This company is outstanding! Derrick and Alan were at my house today. They went way above and beyond making sure the job was done right. They took extra precautions to protect some tender vines that lean against the wall. They respectfully listened to me and my requests. They really outdid themselves. Kudos to them and the company they represent. They are both truly the best! Thank you Derrick and Alan!
I can't speak to anyone else's experience but ours. I would have given 1 star, but to be fair, they actually did do something at our house. We initially agreed to have our driveway washed and weeds/moss taken care of. Initial call was fine but very unresponsive afterwards unless I reached out. Finally settled on a date a week or so out - Marc was concerned about any rain days that may occur after treatment. 2 gentlemen came out, sprayed, left and it literally rained that night! Stupid me, I actually thought they were coming back to complete the job. When I pointed out that our agreement contained language that the driveway would be washed vs just sprayed with weed killer, I was told that it a "miscommunication" or "misunderstanding" on MY part. I was also told to touch up the areas with product I can buy at HD, Ace or Lowes. I knew previously I could do this all on my own, but I thought a "professional" could do it better - lesson learned - $895 to have my weeds sprayed! We always try to stay local on any needs we have but this one came back to bite us. Please be cautious as I would not recommend this company to anyone.
