I was surprised when they arrived at my house without any prior notice. I had simply inquired about their availability for the week, but while I was at work, I received a message saying they were on their way. Later, I got an invoice for $204 but had no opportunity to inspect their work as I would have preferred to be present. The photos they sent of the work completed showed clean gutters, despite there being no trees on that side of the house, and the other pictures appeared to show the gutters still dirty to myself and family. We always keep a water hose handy, so they could have cleaned the gutters by rinsing them. Additionally, they didn't tidy up after their work as there were piles of leaves at the bottom of the downspout. I have decided not to use their services again.
I had the gutter cleaning service done on a rental house that I own. My tenant was completely satisfied and said that the guys did and excellent job! She noted that they worked quickly and “didn’t leave a speck of anything behind.” I found these guys on google and contacted them for a price and they responded immediately. I actually got next day service! They emailed me the invoice and I was able to conveniently pay online! I highly recommend this place because they do great work, it’s extremely convenient and hassle free!
The service provided was very good. The technician was prompt and timely. Did a very good and effective job. The issue came in with the quote for the price of the job. It was not made clear when they gave me initial quote of how the count of the window were estimated. When the person gave the initial code, she asked how many windows I had. I had counted windows that I had in House. She had failed to tell me that The top part of the window was considered when the window and the bottom part of the window was considered one window, Not both as a whole. Also, when I was looking at the invoice, I noticed that there was a credit card fee charge. The technician said that they only took credit cards not cash so that was also not made clear. When I called the customer service rep his response was well. This is a quote it can vary. so bottom line my review on this company is some of a good some of it not so good. I probably will not call them again.
