I have done business with Bill for several years and have never had one issue. From repairs to purchasing equipment and machines, Bill and his staff have always been very reasonable to work with and responsive to any of my needs. Most important for me is the response time when I am in need of service/repair. It is never a problem getting in contact with someone at the office or Bill himself to find out when I can get my machine in. I have bought a few hot water washers from Hanson, all of them have been great machines that fit the application. No over selling, just good honest guidance for what I actually need!
Hanson Industrial was recommended to me when my big box purchased water pump failed. Bill and the guys found the proper application for my John Deere from Lowes and took the time to educate me on what I was doing wrong to possibly stop future failures. Bill even brought it to my location when I just could not get there to pick the part up to install myself. Great people recommended by my friends and by me.
Very knowledgeable company and a variety of equipment to choose from. Very responsive with all questions and work. Also provides fresh water in Bartonville location through purification machine in building (only 25 cents a gallon) Also second location in Glasford.
