Moscow Cleaners Reviews
This cleaning service is very unprofessional and didn't even clean anything. They left a few cleaning supplies in the apartment but never used them. Then ran payment through my bank and wouldn't answer my calls. When they finally called me back I was told "some other things came up and they weren't able to come back and clean". BUT THEY SURE TOOK MY $1,100.00 FOR NOT DOING THE JOB!!!!!! DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANTED CHEATED OUT OF MONEY!!!!!!! I have pictures of before and after that show nothing was done.
I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with Moscow Cleaners' professionalism during their move-out cleaning service here in Moscow, Idaho. From the get-go, their crew showed up on time and ready to roll, which was a relief. Scheduling the service was a breeze, and their team arrived right on schedule, ready to tackle the job. They were super polite, respectful, and they carried themselves with the utmost professionalism throughout the whole shebang. The attention to detail displayed by the Moscow Cleaners crew was seriously something else. They didn't miss a beat, making sure every nook and cranny got scrubbed down to perfection. And let me tell ya, my place was sparkling clean when they were done. What really blew me away was how careful they were with my stuff. Even with all the cleaning hustle and bustle, they handled everything with care, making sure nothing got broken or misplaced. Overall, Moscow Cleaners' professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction made a real impression on me. I totally recommend their move-out cleaning service to anyone here in Moscow, Idaho. With Moscow Cleaners, you know your place will be left looking tip-top. They're the real deal!
Life gets busy and I feel amazing when I get to come home to an already cleaned house. They pay attention to every detail and make sure that they fulfill my picky needs. Very wonderful crew and they have been doing a wonderful job. If you need your home clean so you can come home and kick your feet up I’d choose them.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
