Kennady has by far the best customer service ever!!! From the estimate to the finished job, she sent pictures and videos to me as I was not home. My husband said they did amazing work and when I pulled in I was shocked!!!!! We were going to absorb the cost of painting our house and after ShackShine it no longer needs painted. We had the roof cleaned, gutters cleaned, interior and exterior windows and power washed the house for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them, they will not disappoint you and the quality far exceeded my expectations
Kennady and Miguel came to my house today for a gutter cleaning. They were both very friendly and pleasant to speak with, and were respectful of the restrictions of our HOA (which was much appreciated). After they inspected our gutters, they showed me pictures and explained that the gutter issues weren't due to debris build up. Since there wasn't actually a need to clean the gutters, Kennady offered to clean our windows instead, so that we wouldn't be charged for nothing. This was greatly appreciated and very unexpected. It really showed that they cared about me as a customer, and about providing a good experience. I really appreciate all that Kennady and Miguel did for our home today, and we will certainly be calling Shack Shine again in the future.
