We used Blue Water Carpet to treat and clean our lanai and driveway. We get shade and lots of organic material on the driveway and the lanai also gets salt spray, so algae happens. Cash is prompt and goes a great job of keeping up with you regarding appointments. He is friendly, experienced and professional. The net result of our cleaning was a restored lanai and driveway. We are no going to have him power wash our new roof which has been badly stained by some type of algae. His service is Highly recommended.
