Alex was very personable, professional, and on point. From the day we spoke, he communicated for every step. He showed up for the estimate when he said, sent it over, and once approved, he still kept communicating up until he came to do the job. Him and his team did a great job taking care of the algae/mold/mildew/moss removal on my roof. They were very careful to keep my plants and shrubs around the perimeter of my house wet down to protect them. He also did a great job using the required algaecide/chemical that's needed to kill the algae/mold, etc. Alex also took pictures and videos for me for my records. Because he got there, did what he said in such an efficient time frame, I was able to prevent losing my homeowners insurance. Great service, great communication, and excellent job, done right! Thank you for fixing my roof, and doing everything so professional.
