Arrived on time, was very diligent and paid attention to everything that needed done and was asked for, put in long hours of hard work and made the house look nicer than ever as we were moving out!
I was looking forward to having my house cleaned and not having to worry about it. My initial communication with UC was very professional and detailed. I was grateful they were working my first cleaning in on a Saturday. The day came and my cleaning person was very prompt. However, I was a little worried when she showed up with her very young daughter (no more than 12/13) and during walk through she advised me the daughter would be cleaning my bathrooms. Hesitant, I said ok. I was advised that she would be cleaning around my photos on my furniture and I said ok. Get to the kitchen, I advised she didn’t have to clean inside of fridge or oven. I was told all appliance would be cleaned (in/out). I left at 8:45 and returned at 10:45. Here is what I returned to: (pictures included)ZOOM IN on pics!!!!
