1080 Pressure Washing and Roof Washing LLC Reviews
Extremely pleased with the work completed by 1080 Pressure Washing. We had the roof and house pressure washed with the house looking like it was newly painted. Lance and Michael who performed the work are very professional and personal and took the time after the work was completed to do a full walk-around in ensuring that no spots were missed. They even went further in pointing out some fascia board that were rotting and needed to be replaced. They showed up exactly on time in meeting their stated commitment. We will definitely use 1080 again and recommend that others do as well!
Lance and Mike did an exceptional job pressure washing our house and driveway. They paid attention to details including covering electrical outlets and moving furniture that may be damaged from spray. I will definitely use them again.
Highly recommended! Lance did a terrific job. No swirls or lines left on the concrete. The area was passed due for a major cleaning! Curb, driveway, swimming pool area and walkways look terrific! 5 stars!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
