Wade took on the task of washing ten 60-year-old two story brick apartments and 9 houses for the Ashburn Housing Authority. These apartments had never been washed from top to bottom. His soft wash method removed so much dirt and mold you could really see how well this method worked with the buildings so close together after he had cleaned the first building. He also cleaned our cement walkways and a/c pads like new. Super job and a very nice person with the best price.
