Corey and his team did a great job of building a deck and screened in porch for us. The results were great and we couldn’t be happier. The great thing about dealing with Corey is his communication skills. He always told us when he would be here, what he was doing and when he would be finished. After dealing with other contractors I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to deal with him. We will be using him for future projects.

I have not purchased services from Lanier Pressure Washing because I do not own my own place yet, but I have worked with Luke on many occasions (at least 30+ jobs) over the last many years. I have seen the behind the scenes work and the satisfied customers and I can confidently say that Luke and his team provide great and honest services at the most competetitive prices! Plus, their repeat customers always seem to enjoy working with Luke and his team over and over, not only because of the good service, but because they feel they can trust Luke (I have heard many customers say that myself). Our new home builder sub-contracted the sod, irrigation install, and lawn grading to Ryan and his company in late 2023. Our issues began in January 2024 when we first moved in, notcing a horrid septic smell after only 4 days in the home. Ryan's team had clipped our septic line while trenching to install our irrigation system. I brought it up to Ryan and he instantly blamed us "you must have used the system and there was water left in it so it leaked out"..in 40 degree cold January weather I think not. we didnt even know how to use the panel (Ryan was supposed to come by and show us but that never happened). Terrible quality of sod installed. Half of it was dead upon install (you can see brown/yellow spots in Ryans "prideful" fb post). The green sod was full of crabgrass. We spent hundreds on chemicals and companies to come out and control the crabgrass, but nothing worked- we spent 48 hours cleaning it manually. Some of our sprinklers were buried underneath the sod, we had to go on a treasure hunt to find them. The worst part is the horrendous grading. The entire lawn looks like it has eczema, very uneven. His team was supposed to purposefully grade so the rain water drains away from the house, yet after only 20 minutes of rain it floods our porch.

Grant was courteous and punctual, kept me posted with ETA. He did a great job! This is the first time I’ve used his service and I am happy about it.
