Perez Pressure Washing and Soft Wash Pro Service Reviews
I hired Leo to pressure wash my home, driveway and wash my windows. My home can be challenging as I have retractable pergolas, several lights and a huge patio. His price was very reasonable and he did an amazing job. He has invested well in his equipment and is a true professional and truly cares about his customers. After dealing with several other pressure washing companies l finally found one who cares. Thank you Leo.
What an excellent service! Fast to respond and schedule! Professional job. True value for money. Our entire house including awnings, patios and pathways were pressure washed and all the windows, tracks and screens were soft washed. What an amazing difference. Dirt, stains and bugs have vanished and everything looks so clean and fresh. Leo’s work ethic is top notch and he has all the equipment necessary to provide quality results. Highly recommend booking this into your busy schedule and let the pro do the work. Many thanks Perez Pressure Washing😀
This is a unsolicited review of Perez Pressure Washing. I’m endorsing Mr. Perez because he delivered results and demonstrated superior customer service. I define customer service as, say what you do, then do what you say: show up on time, charge me a reasonable price, work till the job is done, communicate, show pride in your work, be professional (workers included). Perez Pressure Washing delivered and checked all of the boxes. His team showed attention to detail, his equipment ran flawlessly, and they were able to fully meet the scope / requirements (pressure washing and windows). I will post before and after pictures that illustrate the scope and size of the job. The mold and dirt was consistent throughout the property as the previous owner had an infinity for concrete, and I was dreading doing the work! I believe there is no job too large or small for this contractor (and team) to produce positive results. Great Job and continued success!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
