Derrick and his team provided excellent service. Left townhouse, roof, gutters and patio, lanai screens - everything so clean. Derrick initially was going to do the roof as well, but won me over by his honesty by texting me and telling me it really didn’t need to be done. Ran it through my landlord and he decided to not have the roof done since still relatively new but Derrick saw a few spots that he felt should be done on the roof and didn’t charge my landlord. Nothing is better than honesty in today’s day and age and that alone won me over. Thank you Derrick!!!
