We recently moved into a beautiful rental house with a paved driveway, paved front entryway, and large paved screened back porch. The pavers were a mess...dirt, mildew, and mold. Jeremy said it was one of the worst he had seen. (The pavers had likely never been cleaned or sealed since being laid 5 years earlier.) We got 3 estimates to clean, re-sand, and seal the pavers, and decided on Renew & Restore. (I had used them previously on another house and they did a great job.) Jeremy spent just over 2 days doing the work and did a fantastic job! He didn't take any shortcuts or rush to complete it. He took his time and did a thorough job. He suggested a tint be added to the sealer to give the pavers a better appearance, as they looked faded and worn. They came out great and now look like new! We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Renew and Restore for any paver restoration job! Here are "before" and "after" pics of the driveway and back porch.
Received a recommendation for Renew & Restore from a neighbor. This was a complete strip out of the sand between the pavers, replace with the correct sand and reseal of 1200 square feet. Cost was thoroughly explained and justified. Jeremy made sure to protect our plantings and grass as much as possible and recommended adding a colorizer to the first coat of sealant to help brighten stone that had weathered and faded. We are so pleased. The drive looks fantastic! He answered all questions and completed the work in two days of heat over 90 degrees.
