I do not recommend this company. They were hired to power wash, sand and re-stain my deck. Results were upsetting to put it mildly. They did not remove old stain completely as discussed and proceeded to put new stain on top. Customer service, honest communication and follow through are all lacking. No attempt was made to correct their sub par work. The pictures speak for themselves.
Neighbor hired this company and while the company was performing service they blew debris all over my roof and deck. When approaching the team members I was told it wasn't their problem. Contacted management and was told it's not policy to tell the side neighbors as a courtesy. To be fair, I was told that they could also inspect my roof to ensure no other debris was there, however I declined as I don't trust the company. If you use this company, you may want to ensure your neighbors are aware and that your home to ensure quality of work.
This company went above and beyond to clean our gutters. It was a seamless experience. They called a day before to confirm the appointment, very professional. Don’t hesitate to book with them!!
