I was was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable estimate they gave us. When the job was complete, our house and fence looked brand new! Thank you Vanguard for an AMAZING JOB!
I really didn't understand what cleaning a roof would entail. I thought of pressure washing but then I thought that would be bad. I would probably do more damage then cleaning. These guys came out with a whole specialized trailer with different containers that had different solutions, specialized spray nozzle gizmos and ladders. They didn't mess around, they went right to work. I've always done my own pressure washing and thought I did great but seeing the results from a professional who is hyper focused on doing this quickly and efficiently is a whole different level. They did more in a couple of hours than I could have done in several days. At first I was feeling like the price might be a little high, but also the medical bills after I fall off the roof would be high But after seeing what they can do in a matter of hours I really feel like we got a lot for our money. Looking at the before and after pictures makes me feel like they're not charging enough. I work in real estate and I'm definitely going to be recommending these guys to clients so get on their schedule before I fill it up.
