J&K Services inc Reviews
Our house cleaning project turned into a much bigger amount of work than originally anticipated. J&K Services were great, brought in extra crew that were needed, and got everything done beyond our expectations. They were great all around!
I can’t say enough good about our experience with J&K cleaning services! We were selling our townhome in Gunnison and live out of town. We were only in town for a couple of days to ensure things were ship shape with our townhome before it’s closing. The property was a rental property and had heavy use and build up everywhere, needless to say we were stressed! The J&K team showed up very promptly and communicated very well with us about our expectations. The home was thoroughly cleaned and sparkling, and they did it with a kind and positive attitude! I would highly recommend their services.
J&K Services has come through huge for me. They have shown up on short notice and they are pros at their job. Their employees are hard working and thorough. My Airbnb reviews always mention how clean my house was. I highly recommend J&K Services.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
