American Capitol Painting & Pressure Washing Reviews
American Capitol Painting did a fantastic job on our staircase and multiple walls in our home. Everything turned out beautifully. Frank was so easy to work with. Prompt, very responsive, helpful and had the job done a full day early! Highly recommend!
We recently contracted with American Capital Painting for the exterior of our house. Our house was damaged by the hail-storms last year. It is wood log siding, so saying that this was going to be a challenge would state it lightly. When talking with Frank my wife and I grew extremely confident we had made the right choice. Frank was very prompt with any communication / issues he found. He was prompt and timely for all of his scheduled times he said he would be there. While here, Frank and his team (Max was the main guy here every day), they were very friendly and worked hard. The teams attention to detail to get the job done correct was more important than a profit margin, I can't say that about most companies now days. His team sanded the entire structure and then did a special coating on the siding to help the paint adhere. What can I say, it's awesome, we couldn't have asked for more. Some companies can be judged by the "punch list" at the end of the project that must be completed. I would be lying if I said there weren't some items that I could have Frank come back and touch up. But, I will not. If I can't take a brush and put pain on a small, <1" area, well what does that say about me. These items total less than 5. Would I hire Frank again, absolutely and would not think twice about it. Will I need to, I hope not, as with the amount of work and attention to detail he has already provided, this paint should last many years. Thanks Frank! Frank at American Capital Painting did a great job. I hired him to paint 2 bedrooms. He arrived on time and completed the job very quickly. He was also very meticulous with his prepping for the job. I have another project coming up and I am definitely going to work with him again!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
