I am very very very happy with Modesto pressure washing! I definitely give it a 10 out of 10. I had a huge bird problem. Birds were always on the roof and they had nested underneath my solar panels. I would spend hours every weekend cleaning the bird Pooh that had fallen on the patio. They came out to bird proof my roof, panels and they cleaned my solar panels. I haven’t seen a bird ever since and my solar panel production has also gone up. They also spotted a few broken roof tiles and they fixed them. They also cleaned the patio. Their work and service was amazing! I had gotten a few quotes from multiple companies and they were the most affordable. Definitely recommend
