CJ Pressure Washing Reviews
I hired C&J Pressure Cleaning today to clean several years' worth of build-up on our patio. Jose was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, had all the right equipment, and was thorough in his work. He did an excellent job. My backyard actually looks larger now that the patio is so clean! My husband and I had considered renting equipment and doing the work ourselves. The extra cost to have the job done right by professionals was well worth it and, I'm sure, saved us a lot of frustration. I would not hesitate to hire them again and have already recommended them to one friend.
Called Jose and got a call back the next day. He power washed our house, side walk and the inside of our garage. He came 3 different days to accommodate our small space with us having to clear our garage and move our stuff around. He did an excellent job! Two of my neighbors came over and asked if he would do their driveways. He went right over and did same day service for them. All three of us were happy. I would definitely recommend Jose. He was a punctual hard worker. Clear communication of job and expectations. I definitely plan to use his services again.
I recommend C&J pressure washing. I spoke to Jose the owner, who answered on my first call, on Thursday. I told him I needed the exterior of my house pressure washed ASAP as I was a party the following week and it was a mess. He put me on the schedule for Monday. He did a great job. He also pressure washed a patio and some flagstone paths for me. Both had grime and mildew from many years. Everything was so bright and fresh when he was done! Be sure to let him know the material/surfaces he will be cleaning as he has methods and cleaners to clean different surfaces. Thank you Jose!!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
