GK Industries LLC Reviews
GK industries are a nightmare and came to our apartment complex and left this mess. GK sprayed a power washer at the glass around the light on our patio and left the pictured mess below. Instead of taking responsibility for the mess, GK left without saying a word to the complex's management and now I am working with the complex to see if they can have my patio cleaned by their own staff. It was spotless before GK Industries arrived and I come home to glass, trash, debris, and mud on my patio. Rather than cleaning it, the company decided to spray directly at the mud surrounding my fence spraying it into my patio. Who does this It's pitiful that they were even paid at all. They threw my welcome mat down the walkway and left it there How can they even consider themselves worth business My patio was spotless before they arrived and my complex was trying to do a nice thing by cleaning the outside of our building but hopefully they never hire these goons again.
Best in the industry! I have used GK Industries for not only my property that I manage but also for my personal residence. From pressure washing buildings, to gutter cleaning, to dumpsters cleaning to carport clean off. They keep my property looking sharp! They made pressure washed my red brick walk way and chimney at my home and it looked like a brand new home! The owners and I have had the most wonderful business relationship going on 10+ years now and I can honestly say they are my favorite to work with in the industry. Their crew that they send to my property have always and I mean ALWAYS been extremely polite and courteous to me and all of my residents and employees. I am very grateful for all their hard work and continual 5 star services! It's very rare to find such a devoted and professional company that does everything that GK does. I was reading some of the reviews and agree with most all except for the one from an obvious resident. But on a more higher and professional level.... GK is an incredible vendor to have on your team. Mistakes may be made but I have no doubt that GK fixed it. Thank you GK for all that you do for myself, my property and my residents!
I've used many companies/individuals to clean my gutters over the years, and I can honestly say I was blown away by GK Industries. It's a family run business and everything form my initial contact to job completion was smooth and easy. Best of all George showed up with another helper and the did an amazing job - it was truly thorough and the price was very competitive. Can't say enough good things about them. Give them a try at least for your next service.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
