Today I found out that the AC company that put in my new AC in September of 2021 did so incorrectly and I have been paying for their mistake. I did a post asking for help and David responded. My AC unit wasn’t sealed correctly and that allowed rats and debris into my unit. I am hoping my bill will decrease. Thank you. Before and after pics.
David is fantastic. Agreed to meet late on a Sunday night when we learned through our Nest app that the AC was down while we were out of town. Very responsive to messages and super flexible. What a great, personable guy. He was able to get us running within the hour, explained everything to us, and cleared some branches near the unit that would be a problem later. Please consider this fairly new business and help get them established in our area. You will be pleased with customer service and ability to address the issue. Super flexible and reasonable.
