We had Mr Bruce from Patriot out to clean up some new construction windows at one of our jobsites. The quality of the work was great and they always go above an beyond for us. Tracks were vacuumed out, the windows were washed and all silicone/adhesive residue from install was removed (not always an easy task). The big thing for me though was the personable service. They were great with my clients and I appreciate the fact I can trust them to do the job well and treat the clients well and I don't need to babysit them. No loud music, profanity, or rudeness. These guys are the first and only call I make.

Landon arrived on time and got right to work. An amazing person, he cleaned all our gutters to include washing them out after cleaning probably 4 years worth of leaves. After that he cleaned all of our windows outside and inside as well as washing all of our screens. Excellent work! He cleans all the window sills and cleaned up after himself. An excellent job. I won't wait so long next time, what a difference clean windows make!

Sam and his crew were great. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone else in need of an exterior power wash and/or concrete cleaning. From the initial quote to the completed job, Sam was responsive and clearly set expectations. He and his crew even took the initiative to move a large patio table I couldn't move on my own. My home, patio, and side yards have never looked better!

Kendrick did an amazing job on pressure washing the old clay roof and hardscapes on my 1988 rental house. He was excellent at communicating and providing a quote before the job and gave a very competitive price. He arrived on time and was very friendly and easy to deal with. He was very detail oriented on cleaning every tile and took photos of one area of concern where the wood under the eaves had rotted over the years, so I could have it repaired. The amount of crud that came off the roof and out of the gutters was impressive. The end result is a roof that looks sparkling new. He even provided before and after drone images (attached) at no extra charge! I highly recommend Kendrick and his company SoCal Cleaning Services and would use him again without hesitation.
