Benjamin has been washing and waxing our motorhome for several years. Always good service. So we had them clean our living room carpet. While it was wet, it looked really good and had a clean smell. However when it dried, it looked the same as before the cleaning. I even gave the 2 men a very good tip. I am going to just replace the carpet because having them clean it again, I feel would be a waste of time and money. I'll just stick to their motorhome service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my services from your 2 employees. Attached are just a few of my complaints. My carpets are torn and ripped in places that they were not before & have obvious spray spots that were also not there before. This full view photo of the finished carpets & they are not even comparable to the photos in your reviews. While I understand some carpets can be older & more sensitive to machine use, this still should’ve been addressed appropriately. You were asked multiple times before I got upset to please send your employees out again to fix the job they did not complete properly. While I understand it might be embarrassing making a mistake & having a customer upset IT IS your job to make sure that they end business with you happy & content. Your refund was received, as it should’ve been regardless. It was not a courtesy or a favor that you did for me by returning my money when I have to continue to find services to fix your mistakes.
Juice and Nacho were extremely professional, friendly, and hard working. They did an excellent job cleaning our home. They should be given raises and a full paid week off for vacation ;-)
