SA Pressure Washing & Solar Cleaning Reviews
Highly recommend! Our roof, solar panels and gutters were a mess of pigeons and everything that comes with that. Cesar and his team cleaned the gutters from our two story home, pressure washed and gave our solar panels the cleaning it very much needed. Cesar was very knowledgeable of all things solar which was a plus. We were extremely pleased with the clean up and installation of the solar panel guards/mesh to prevent further infestation. He and his crew left our yard extremely clean and picked up every single piece of debris that fell from the roof. Cesar was very kind and I appreciated the fact that he was also a Spanish speaker. So glad you walked up to our door to offer your services, we look forward to working with you again in the future.
I would highly recommend S&A Pressure Washing for solar panel cleaning as well as pigeon removal/abatement. Cesar's professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. We contacted multiple other vendors but, when they bothered to even respond, they were grossly overpriced and/or unqualified to do the work. Cesar was prompt, courteous, and was an excellent communicator. The pigeons are gone and we can finally sleep in. Also, we anticipate increased solar production now that our solar panels have been professionally cleaned.
I had a pigeon infestation under my solar panels which led to a pretty disgusting mess. Cesar cleaned it all up & installed mesh to keep the pigeons from getting underneath the panels again. He also carefully relocated a nest with eggs that ended up hatching! Great guy.
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
