Rod's Pressure Washing LLC Reviews
Rod was able to come less than 24 hours after I contacted him. His price was very fair and the work was great. Very well done and very professional. I will absolutely be calling him again!
Rod does great work. He soft washed our stucco home and our brick rental duplex in Old Cloverdale. Both properties looked dramatically nicer. Rod really knows his stuff and is easy to work with. He'll be my only call for any soft washing/pressure washing projects in the future. Thanks Rod!
Rod's Pressure Washing answered my request for information before I even finished making it! Rod was not only prompt to respond, but incredibly professional, efficient, and did everything exactly as he said he would. He arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my house. It looks beautiful! I would recommend his service to anyone who cares about efficiency, professionalism, fair price and a GREAT house wash!!
Recommendations before choosing a Pressure Washing Service
Follow these 5 essential guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning service:
Look for pressure washing companies with positive Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Real customer feedback will help you identify reliable and professional contractors.
Make sure you understand exactly what is covered in the price, such as house washing, driveway cleaning, roof soft washing, deck or fence cleaning, and whether detergents are included.
Verify if the company uses professional-grade equipment and appropriate techniques like soft washing for delicate surfaces to avoid property damage.
Ensure the contractor is properly licensed to operate in the USA, carries general liability insurance, and follows local regulations to protect your property.
Always ask for a detailed written quote outlining pricing, scope of work, turnaround time, and any guarantees before hiring.
