My house, gutters, fence and sidewalk were very much in need of cleaning. Mr. Collins did an excellent job of removing years if dirt. My house looks like it's just been freshly painted. If you are in need of pressure washing, he is the person to call.
We had Blake wash our house and driveway. Neither had been washed in years. He did a fantastic job and the cost was very reasonable. The work was done when he said it would be. I know that you read "glowing" reviews and wonder if someone can be that good time after time and the answer is Hell Yeah!!! I am a typical old grumpy, skeptical geezer that hates to hire out home maintenance jobs. But I have gotten to the point where I can't do things for myself anymore. I called Blake for an estimate and had one by the end of the business day. He worked around my business hours which required him to work well into the morning hours. My store looked AMAZING and he was so careful with my aging cloth awnings not to rip them but still managed to make them look brand new despite the amount of mildew that had been accumulating for years! I will certainly use him again, in fact I have already booked him to power wash my home as well.
