My roof was so dirty that it appeared as if it needed replacing. It was less than 5 years old. After Costa Pro Wash got done it looked brand new. The cleaning looks good but it also prolongs shingle life. I'd rather do this preventive maintenance instead of actually needing a roof prematurely from neglect.
