I Hired Softwash pros to clean my eaves. The eaves turned out good after wash and looking good after I looked at results the next couple of days. Couple of weeks after soft pros cleaned the eaves I noticed corrosion on my eaves and my brand new aluminum patio corroding that had just been installed. My house was built in 2007 and my eaves have looked the same as first installed until softpros cleaned the eaves. I also have my plants die around my house after the wash. These plants were also planted in 2007 when house was built. I have had 3 siding company’s and another Softwash pro company look at the damages and they all say the washing of my eaves was not done correctly and in their opinion not rinsed correctly . All my aluminum siding is corroding and bubbling and is going to be replaced along with the patio and plants. My Brand new aluminum back patio will need to be replaced due to corroding. I hope to agree with owner on replacement of home siding and patio replacement. I also hope my plants and trees will be replaced by softpros owner. Softpros owner has seen the damages and I am waiting on a resolution soon. I do not recommend this company and I am hoping he has insurance to pay for the damages to my home. I will never use this company again in the future.
Doug has a great product and a high level personal investment making sure the job meets his standards and his customer's. He will not leave the job if you are not satisfied. He has excellent character and stands by his word.
