Booked them for a move out clean on an apartment for employee housing. Very responsive and showed up on time. Cleaned the floors and all the appliances very well. Did not clean food off of walls, window seals, and baseboards. Called after our appointment (was after hours left message) Did not hear back from them. So i called again and left another message they called back asked if they could come look at the apartment. Came took pictures said they were very sorry asked if they could come back and clean the stuff they missed at 5:30 the same day i had a tenant looking to move. They showed up on time again said they cleaned the things they missed ( window seals, baseboards, and got some of the food off the walls.) Tenants told me and took pictures of the food that was still on the walls but they cleaned it off. So for $450 i will not have them clean any of our other apartments. I understand that it is hard to find employees that take pride in their job. The business conducted in professional manner that is why 2 stars.
We have used Premier Green Cleaning services for 2 years and have been very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work they provide. When I come home to find my home smelling fresh and not like a bunch of chemicals, it reinforces our reasoning for hiring Premier. They are very flexible if we have to change our cleaning days. We plan on continuing the use of their service for the foreseeable future

The team arrived on time and did not need any additional direction from me - I was so impressed with how each unit has looked after cleaning services provided by Premier Green Cleaning. They also do it all, including cleaning exterior windows, carpet shampooing, etc. which is convenient. I can't recommend Premier Green Cleaning enough and will continue to utalize their services at our business as well as personally!
