I had them come for some work on the house. They were wonderful and very friendly. Called them again months later and got told a work order was made for me. Heard nothing for weeks. Called again, got told the same thing. I'd call to check in and were told they were busy but would get in touch with me. It's been 5 months now of trying to get an appointment only to be told work orders are created but nobody calls or comes.
Great experience with carpet cleaning for our new home. They had a very hard job and they did great! Very good communication and timeliness would definitely use them for all of my carpet cleaning and recommend to others
We waited on Corey and the guys for over a month to complete a landscaping job…when we were up next on the list Corey no called, no showed 3 times. It left us in a pinch and we lost valuable time. No response as to why…. much less an apology. Should have called Litton’s to begin with I suppose. 😞
