Delivered several services, including cleaning limestone front steps and landing- poor, even after i showed the tech the remaining dirt withva finger rub, he did not clean; small deck in back had rose bushes that got sprayed or reflected spray, killed the 10 year old beautiful and unusual variety bushes. Should have and could have protected them. Very unsatisfactory. Back patio had dirt remaining.

The gentleman was very nice, but overall we were disappointed that he was not able to remove the black grime below our sliding glass door on our deck. This was the main item we wanted to get done for scheduling. My husband and I bought some degreaser and it came off, but we shouldn't have to do this after 4 hours of power washing and using our water. Very disappointed customer!
