I had the exact same experience as many others who have left reviews. Signed up for two services and there was very little communication. When they did come the first time they did a great job. After I got charged for the second service no one ever came back. I have reached out multiple times via phone and text and have heard nothing. It’s unfortunate, but I would definitely not recommend this business.
I usually do not come on and write these, but I am now. I have repeatedly reached out after being charged for a repeated service and NO WORD. I get it can be busy, but this is unacceptable. The first time they cleaned my bin, they did a great job. It is frustrating that they took my money and ran. So dishonest for a business. I would happy remove this review if they could complete the service I PAID for. I recommend trying someone else.
Update: got a response to a text and threatened to fraud claim. They responded they would refund but never did. My bank clawed the money back. Do not. I repeat, do not sign up with these guys.
