Unfortunately Brad ( DFW Pressure Wash’N) and his business ethics has left me no other choice than to rate his business a ONE STAR. Brad has disregarded MULTIPLE attempts to remedy this situation for over ONE YEAR( July 2023- August 2024) and then when I left him a poor review he got his wife (Nikki) to try and cover their tracks which they had no intention of completing my project. I removed my review because I thought they were going to honor their word, but that is in fact what has not happened. So the truth will be exposed - They have stolen my money and lied about their intentions of honoring their work and completing it in a timely manner. They hired shady contractors who never showed up to complete the work and then Brad just stopped responding to my text messages back in late 2023. In April of 2024, his wife reaches out to me by phone( after I left a bad review) and explains how Brad handled this business matter poorly and they would make this right, but as you see in multiple text messages that I will include, she would contact others to complete the work but when they gave her a price to complete , they chose to not communicate this information back to me and completely gaslighted me. They ghosted her too! These individuals are not honest and frankly I have had my fill. I have contacted my attorney and will seek full remedy to my situation. Buyer beware!! Stay far away for this business. They will pocket your money and not honor their contract. They are in the wrong business if they can’t even honor a project. They need to be removed from Thumbtack as well!!
