Here's the thing- the apartments Amazing. The staff Amazing. So friendly. Neighbors and other tenants Amazing! Safety Horrendous. My car gets broken into minimum once a week. I'm not exaggerating. Packages are constantly stolen off my doorstep and out of the ridiculously awful and inconvenient package room. Once I walked down our sidewalk and every single window of each car parked there had been smashed in. In 2022 a homeless man moved himself into the garage directly below us and screamed and chanted at all hours of the night, while I had Covid. We called the apartment and police every day for 5 days, and nothing was done until finally my husband and I had to confront the man ourselves, which we should have never had to do. He still comes back almost daily and they won't do anything to increase security. With the insane cost of renting a one bedroom here, they can afford to hire a security guard, but they don't. I've tried communicating the safety issue but the thing is there's really nothing they can do if they refuse to hire security, which is desperately needed. So yeah. Lovely apartments, lovely people, AWFUL experience. Don't move here if you live alone and buy a ring camera. Maybe a guard dog. And maybe just don't ever order any packages or own a car or go outside. If you do that it's perfect! Other than that the pool is super awesome but the gym sucks. The AC is always broken so it's 90° in there all the time. Anyways...seriously friends if you live alone don't move here. To sum this long but necessary review up....it's fine I like it I just wish they'd hire some kind of security
I am writing this review to advised how happy I am and satisfied with the kind, supportive and thorough transition into my new place! Christian was absolutely amazing. I called the office at least 2 times a week for so many different things and his quick response, and understanding to everything made my moving transition so smooth and easy. I actually did not view or walk the premise until my actual move in date and Christian made sure that everything was cleanly and working perfectly before I moved in. I could not be more satisfied. The apartment is beautiful. The amenities are beautiful. And although the website doesn’t mention much about the workout center.. they have one and it is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing and many ppl actually utilize it. This was a great choice and in between most surrounding entertainment places awith lots of food options, hospitals , and shopping centers. If you’re wondering why. Here’s why u should move. Ask for Christian!
Such a pleasant experience applying to this rental agency with Miriam she is so kind, attentive and very understanding and she will work with you and help you out throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend Miriam as your guide Thanks to her! She made everything so easyy. very spacious two bedroom apartment with reasonable monthly rent, for it being very clean newly built and a gorgeous space for living it is wayy better than most rental agencies with not very good qualities, and at a higher monthly rent.
