Called for support information to assist one of their customers. Was told by their sales person that they will sell us the parts, but not tell us what is on the machine if they won't get the sale. This company cares only about money, not their customers.
I've used AaLadin washing equipment since, well, a very long time ago. Recently needed some technical info for a 2001 model year 14-430-SL. (not a call worth any manufacturers time, btw) The diagram was a diagram and while I certainly don't mind paying for good information this was pretty tough to read. Last I checked I have excellent vision. I explained my situation and we concluded that there isn't a higher resolution diagram for such and old machine. I was very pleased to receive a full refund- no questions asked. I haven't had time to revisit my old 14-430-SL but since then I bought a new one. I just wanted to take a second and say that it's really amazing to have companies still around that care more about a customer than $20 right now. Thanks to all at AaLadin for many years of great equipment and you definitely have a loyal customer.
