Hands down the absolute best service from beginning to the end! The kind lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful, kind and knew exactly what she was talking about. The two fellas that showed up were top notch and ready to work. They knocked the entire job out in less than half an hour. I called about emptying my septic and they were out here within two hours of the call. Saving their number for the next time and to give out to others!
I called with concerns about my septic beginning to back up. They advised me about the issue then came out and found that the tank was fill completely. They pumped it out clean and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Thanks for a job well done, I would definitely recommend them for sure!!!
I’m absolutely pleased with the septic tank service I received! My tank was scheduled to be emptied at 8 a.m., but I received a call telling me that Mr. Thames was running late because he’d gone to an even earlier appointment and had been working extremely hard to uncover a tank that was in an area that kept flooding due to the downpour of rain. I admired him for the hard work even though it had nothing to do with me. When he finally got to my house, he worked quickly to pump the tank. After finishing, he came to my door an offered a sincere apology for his late arrival. I didn’t need an apology, but I was totally impressed with his sincerity and professionalism. I highly recommend Mr. Thames if you’re reading this review and considering hiring him. The truck slogan is hilarious since I’m an ex-teacher!🤣 Thank you for a job well done.👍🏾👍🏾
