I wouldn't even give one star if I could have not given any; beware of this company; He is under-resourced, understaffed, and grossly overly committed. I waited 10-11 weeks on him(with no pushback), they finally came, took out all the spindles between rails, (my deck is 30- ft. high) and pressured washed, and stripped about 1/2 of the deck. They promised to call me the next day but did not. Next day, not . I called and was told they would be out in another week. Did not show. I called the owner and he promised to come the next day. Did not show again. After some emails with the owner, I made it clear I just wanted my deck finished. They never returned- abandoned the job. Be careful of this "company".
Triple Wide did a fantastic job cleaning the Tar off our driveway which was left by French Broad Paving. I highly recommend them.
What a hard working crew! Our deck looks amazing. Would highly recommend, they worked so hard cleaning & sanding and then the stain they helped us pick out is beautiful! We’re really happy with how it turned out.
