The employees are amazing, but the management is absolutely horrible. The equipment breaks down and the management nevers answers the phone or comes and helps fix anything. The manager Dan treats them horrible and never trains them. I have never known a boss in his 70s throw a temper tantrum and rip his business about and throw everything on the ground and then threaten to fire the employees! 10/10 would not recommend!
Car wash took my money and wouldn’t let me proceed. Things happen, I get it, I just use another bay. I message the number give the details of the issue, the receipt, etc to get a refund, no response. I call the guy. I’ll check it out. Thank you. No response. I text again, no response, I call again and get hung up on. Then I threaten to cancel through my CC and he calls me special 😬 I don’t want to use a car wash that treats people like that.
I recently washed my car there and would never go again. An icky film was left on my car and did not come clean. For the price I paid, I got robbed. Worst car wash ever. I went somewhere else a few days later to get the icky film off of it.
