Glenn came out and worked on our dishwasher. He really had to fight with the people at Maytag. Our dishwasher is only 3 months old and because we could not find our receipt their repair people would not come out to fix it. I went to Lowe’s to see if they had a copy of it also. Of course they did not. I guess we just picked it up and carried it out on my back. Anyway Glenn worked with Maytag and they ordered him a new heating bar. While waiting for that part the spray bar came off and somehow melted in the dishwasher. He got back on the phone with them and they sent that plastic arm. They really gave him a very hard time. But Glenn was very persistent! Today he came and got it all put together. If you need something fixed right call Glenn.
