I'm updating my previous negative review to reflect events that have transpired in the meantime. I did receive a call from the company regarding damage that was done to an area of my freshly seeded lawn. They've offered refund me for time and materials to repair the damage. I was upset about the apparent carelessness that caused my initial complaint, but they've shown integrity by promptly addressing it. To me, nothing matters more than that. I consider the matter satisfactorily addressed and closed.
The folks at Lake State did an excellent job power washing my deck! Scheduling was a breeze and what they quoted me was very fair. In addition, they were also very communicative. The techs that came out were very knowledgeable, prompt and they did a very thorough job. I would not hesitate in scheduling another appointment with them in the future. They also offer window and brick cleaning, pavement sealing, etc. Give them a call.
