Great company! We hired them to deep clean a house before a move-in. The owner was quickly responsive to our initial inquiry, and all communication was excellent. Not only did they clean everything we requested to be sparkling clean, they also made excellent suggestions of what they could specifically do for us that would be challenging for homeowners. The house looks fantastic and almost like new. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend.
In 2006 we purchased a lake cabin as part of an HOA. Previous occupants had left a stain on the carpet near the door to the deck. Everything had been tried to remove the stain, with no luck! We contacted Warnick's, who removed the stain and left all carpeting looking like new! We will continue to use Warnick's when our carpets need cleaning. They have our highest recommendation!
