D&L was contracted to clean my house after my father passed away in it. During their cleaning they removed items of personal property which they did not have permission to remove and did not return them. The items were valuable and also had sentimental value. Their personnel were evasive, initially denied that they removed the items then told me to contact my insurance company and make a claim, and have continued to be evasive. The matter is pending in small claims court.
They came over with a two-person crew and deep cleaned our house carpets for us. They were here for three hours and did a great job. We're very happy with how the carpeting looks.
