The wash was only ok. Ron did the estimate and we wanted our roof cleaned and the house washed. He said only the front and area over the garage side of the house needed to be cleaned. We took him at his word. However, after the cleaning, 1. They left their cleaning wand in our yard and the forgot to do over the garage side. 2. It turns out they considered the garage side of the house only above the garage not the section over the kitchen (which had black streaks on the roof) so I assume it should have been addressed in the quote as Rob did a walk around of the house and provided the estimate). Apparently it was not and they wanted an additional $150 to do this, which I declined. There were also dirty marks on the siding that were still there. I feel that if you have an estimator/business owner come to your house, they should do a thorough job out outlining the areas that need to be cleaned and the price per section. This did not occur in my case so I still have a dirty roof and some dirty siding. Adding to address owners comments. There was nothing on the original quote that stated the area in question was considered the back of the house nor did the quote state we had a dirty roof in the back. It is clearly on the side. We also asked about our bushes and if the roof cleaning would affect them. They told us no as they was off the bushes. We now have brown grass and bushes that have clearly been affected by the cleaning. Finally we keep getting emails from Rob about tipping the guys that came out. No where was tipping addressed in their documentation. If tips are expected, it should be noted in the quote
