Not sure about the quality of their work because they never respond. Also not sure why more people don't leave negative reviews for these folks considering there are at -least- 6 families I know of that have gotten the same run around. CCS is non-responsive. Like laughingly, incompetently non responsive. Their receptionist must not take notes because out of the dozen times I've called she didn't know what I was calling about and she had no idea where anyone who was in charge was. I've had their employees say to my face they'd be back around the next day and have never seen them again. If you've gotten this runaround from these "professionals" I'd encourage you to leave a similar review. Ask anyone about these guys. It's late or never with them. EDIT: In response to CCS response-- Maybe you should have said that up front instead of stringing multiple people along for a month or more. What I said was true. You earned that review. And no, that isn't my experience with other local contractors.
I used to work here. Although I didn't care for the attempts of trying to call me back into work after being released for the day (sometimes well after midnight like we are expected to sleep when it's convenient for them), I imagine they've gotten better about that. Kevin Thomas and his crew were always easy to get along with and it's quite the experience working for the company. You might be doing something different day to day especially if you show your value and have a go-getter attitude
